Design Adaptation is the process of transforming your agency base design or draft into an optimised final artwork that will include all legal and marketing texts, branding, images, final layout, etc...
We propose as well artwork design from an existing brand to different package types and varieties.
Design Adaptation (or Execution) is an important step as it will allow you to fine tune and finalise your artwork across different cutters and varieties.
A 3D rendition is sometimes beneficial to have a clear view of the final result.

Finally, the reprographics and pre-press preparation.
A compulsory step for any physical printed product.
Technical communication with the printer at this stage is paramount for best treatment of the artwork files.
Colour sequence and separations, special coating, colour management and dot gain management, distortion for shrink sleeve, trappings, grips, and thicknesses, final barcodes and QR codes,... All file treatment must be applied according to printer specifications and industry standards.
From 2 piece can printing to labels or pouches, each different packaging type and print process requires a different file treatment.
After printer and client's approval, we will provide a repro ready file in a formalised PDF format that can safely go through the rasterisation process (RIP) for plates making.
